TREE PLANTING PROJECT – HELP KEEP MARIEMONT GREEN

Trees are one of the things that make Mariemont special. It’s famed designer, John Nolen, made a special effort nearly a hundred years ago to specify the multitude and variety of trees he wanted to complete his plan. As a result, Mariemont has been designated a “Tree City USA”. However, trees have a life cycle and to keep our leafy beauty, they must be continually replenished with quality stock.

Therefore, the MPF has donated $10,000 to the Village of Mariemont to establish a project for the quality replacement of trees on the streets around the Village that have been lost due to aging, storms and /or disease. Because this will not be enough to complete the project, we are asking for your help to keep Mariemont green.
