The Ohio History Fund has awarded MPF a $5,000 grant to assist in the repair of brickwork on the Eliphalet Ferris House. This historic Mariemont home was built in or around 1802 and was the home to Revolutionary War veteran Eliphalet Ferris. It later served as the construction headquarters for the Mariemont Company during the construction of Mariemont. The Ferris house was listed in the National Register of History Places in 1975.
If you would like to get involved in Ferris House restorations or other MPF initiatives, please send us a note.
